Sandra has been mentoring and guiding employees and clients for over 30 years, serving in corporate HR and Management roles as well as business ownership. Her wish is for all seekers to find a sense of peace and self-transformation through self-awareness, removing blocks, overcoming limitations, and achieving higher levels of consciousness. Appointments available in person located in Tempe AZ or via Zoom.

To facilitate personal and spiritual growth, transpersonal counseling places emphasis on authenticity, open-mindedness, and self-awareness. As a spiritual and transpersonal counselor, Sandra may draw from a variety of different techniques, spiritual teachings, tools and methods. Mindfulness, sound therapy, quantum principles, meditation, guided imagery, etc. are just a few of the approaches available. These approaches can help one explore deeper layers of consciousness, remove blockages, stagnation, and to assist in the journey towards more peace and alignment with life-long goals.

Sandra is uniquely experienced in real world problem solving and personal development; as well as metaphysical and spiritual concepts and teachings. She is an ordained Minister, holds a BS in Psychology, a MS in Metaphysical Science, and PhD in Transpersonal Counseling.
